That would be correct, people will tell you that animation is just for kids but nowadays not even kids are watching cartoons anymore and things are so bad that a YouTube series made by a literal tranny is the best cartoon at the moment due to the rest being straight up badly written trash.
In fact the last time a cartoon was globally relevant was in the early 10's with shows such as Gravity Falls, Regular Show or Adventure Time and even those declined very hard once shitty californians writers emasculated the MCs to the point they became infamous.
