Oh yeah, she has a bunch of shit she can set up too. I guess she REALLY needs to be creative now that you mention it because part of her kit is RNG, so a good Rat player has to think fast and make the best of whatever item she can conjure up at the time.
Unrelated to your question but she has some of the best animations and voice lines in the game, I love watching her in motion.
