When a stamina skill is activated by your uma, and in the race you have more than one uma, do all the umas get the recovery effect, or just one?

Just start making the game you want using tutorials for everything you don't know how to do(i.e. everything). Then after getting a grasp on things, start over from scratch with your newfound skills because your frankenstien tutorial code game will be an awful mess.

Any good game with pvp takes as much luck out of the process as possible.
Since this is a mostly pve game though you're right, you NEED luck based mechanics
Those luck based mechanics should at least be turned off (unless tied to a stat of course) during pvp runs tho
