I think this is an interesting question, since the first guy gave you a straightforward answer. But on an erosion team, pilgrimage is statted the same, but %dmg is usually more dps than equal %atk and crit rate is a 50/50 at being more useful than crit dmg. You may want pilgrimage since it ramps up faster than 5 shields. Your fleur passive is weaker than a lady of the sea passive, but the active is much stronger. Another thing is that atk buffs your healing in case you think it's worthwhile to push you towards crown, or even lingering tunes.
