I had a big vidya cringe moment at work early in my career. I was WFH for an investment bank in NYC, and I was at an all hands meeting. I had my gaming headphones on and my gaming chair, and my the managing director of the group asks my boss "why are his headphones so big?" to which she replies "he likes playing video games." He then says something along the lines of "oh, like call of duty?" to which I sperged out scoffing and saying "no, I don't play call of duty" not realizing that ANY game is shit in their perspective. I haven't told a single soul that I played vidya at work since.

In fact, I tell them that I only think about work on my off hours, and that I just enjoy working out and running, and then thinking about my job. NEVER mix your personal and work life, imo it can only hurt you

they should have ripped some pornhwa models to add to the game too

i'm 6'6, women don't like men who are tall over a certain point. the sweet spot is like 6'2 imo. Also nothing is made for tall people so it sucks

I loved crosscode but god DAMN the story and writing were fucking horrible. It was so safe and tongue in cheek the whole time about "lol it's a game within a game teehee :)." They should have just not included dialogue, because it actively made things worse. Don't even get me started on the characters.

That said, the art, gameplay, zones, and music were all really good. I just hated the writing. Hopefully the new game gets it right
