Actually you are right kek
I found them pretty fun, especially after finishing first area and realizing you can get those star thingies by splitting itself in a hub world and connecting two different levels. Unrelated but I literally dreamed solution for one of those puzzles kek
If you want more demos then try Sinker Sound, it's weird mix of fishing and rhythm game but it's fun, though apparently it will be early access which saddens me

Yeah, they probably won't because I feel like they think fanservice is enough to carry their game

The MC of Sinker Sound has big dreams.

It takes a while getting used to the main rhythm reeling mechanic in Sinker Sound, but once you do get used to it, the game becomes awesome. I really love this kind of experience where everything is incomprehensible at first. Reminds me of driving cars in real life. Games from completely different genres that incorporate challenge through rhythm tend to be excellent. Crypt Of The Necrodancer, Hi-Fi rush, Bullets Per Minute, even the demo of Dead As Disco as of very recently. I love videogames.
