Mid tirtie year old lad
Starting working out little more than a year ago. Progressively took things more serious. Lifts are getting better, I'm eating more and not hungry, I look and also feel better. I just have to be careful with my back so I don't tweak it from herniations that'll put me in bed for a few days. I've been doing more core and lower back work so I can build that up then move on with heavier stuff. Like being able to do back extensions for like 2 minutes type shit type shit. But all around definitely paying off
Don't really have any issues besides that fortunately. I'm still around 200 but I definitely filled out more. I can feel and see it.
I'm also getting better with binging food. I love smashing a pack or two of chewy cookies or Oreos but unfortunately my shitter does not and I feel like dying from being so bloated if I over eat.
