Thy won't. We know they won't. Players will beg and plead but they won't ever be fixed. Beta testers will give Blizzard every form of feedback imaginable on a silver plater on why certain hero trees suck and we will still be ignored.

Who hasn't played a pc game in high school?
If you had friends in those days, you're not concerned. But how does it feel to have missed out? I have the impression that so many things could have been different if I'd had a teenage PC gamer. I would have found them something to talk about, maybe I would have found people like me, maybe anything would have been enough to keep me from sinking like I am now.
During all my college years I did almost nothing I had nothing to do that I enjoyed I had no friends I had no activities just a very old pc that couldn't make me play minecraft. I spent most of my time watching youtubers that I hated because I had nothing else to do. I had to watch people play minecraft for me.

Love is transactional after 20 years
If you've missed out on teenage love, you've missed out on the time when you could have love without money counting. For me adult love has no value adult women are less beautiful and are not even human anymore it's degeneration on all aspects. If you accept adult love for what it is, you've lost your soul. Adolescent love gives you the impression that you're strong enough to fight anyone, no matter how many there are, you have the impression that life is at its peak and that no matter how cruel the world is, your life is 60-70% fulfilled anyway.
