You don't have to take ALL of them but the vast majority of those are completely fine.
>Hold the Line - Staggering an Enemy grants 1 stack(s) of +3% Damage Resistance, on the next Melee hit taken. Stacking 5 times and lasting 8s. Staggering Non-Human Sized enemies grants 5 stack(s).
>Target the Weak - Enemies staggered by your Melee Attacks take +15% more Melee Damage for 5s.
>The Emperor's Fist - +15% Melee Damage and +30% Impact on first Enemy hit with each attack.
>Drive them Back - Pushing grants 75% Cleave for 5s.
>Weight of the Lex - Gain +15% Damage for 5s after Heavy Melee Attack.
>True Grit - Limit the maximum Health Damage Taken from an Attack to 50.
>Strike Down - +15% Melee Rending on Staggered Enemies.
>Forceful (keystone) - Staggering Hits and Blocked Attacks grant Stacks of Forceful. Lasting 5s and stacking 10 times. Each stack gives +5% Impact and +2.5% Damage Resistance. >Remove stack on damage taken.
>Adamant Will - While at Max Stacks, and for 3s afterwards, Gain Stun Immunity, additionally, your perfect blocks can block all attacks.
Explain what is so terrrible about these without sounding like a contrarian.

The vast majority of indie games are trash.
Just go take a good look at the endless ocean of indies on Steam, it's garbage. Try and tell me with a straight face that indie games are good on average. For every Hollow Knight or Outer Wilds, there are a ten thousand more terrible indies.
AAA games are and always will be better on average. People shittalk AAA games more because when one fails it's a public spectacle talked about by gaming outlets, it's a bigger waste of developer funds, and it's fun to prop up underdogs as an alternative. But even though only 1 in 50 AAA games is good, only 1 in 1000 indies is good and those 999 shit indies are all worse than the 49 bad AAAs.
You just don't notice when an indie game sucks or flops because when that happens maybe two people on the planet hear about it. Indies only start existing to you once they're the 1 in 1000 that are actually good enough to get popular.
