Both RDR and RDR 2 were good not great. The Mexico stuff in RDR was fairly boring and RDR2 was tracking to be great but the story post chapter 3 was fucking dogshit. You literally go to an island and do some turret defence shit for an entire chapter like some old assassins creed game. What the fuck were they thinking? Also just mowing down the entire town of Strawberry (you kill at least 40 NPCs after breaking Micah out) never gets mentioned??
