Why didn't Mass Effect 3 make its story work around the only 5 major decisions all players of Mass Effect 1 and 2 see no matter how they played the game? It wouldn't have been that hard.

In hindsight I think we should forgive BioWare. They actually listened when they got criticized, and patched it, and they actually fixed everything we said was wrong with the endings. What other vidya dev does that?

What other franchise had a bad ending that got fixed with a DLC that addressed everything that was wrong with it. You can hate BioWare, but at least they listened to your concerns.
