NTA but the Shinobi War shouldn't have been a thing. Thematically the major story was done; Naruto defeated Pain, avenging his teacher and ending the Akatsuki while Sasuke defeats Itachi and avenges his clan. Both major characters toppled the biggest driving force for both their stories. All we needed was to QUICKLY resolve Obitio/Madara/Tobi and get Naruto and Sasuke to have their rematch where Naruto inevitably wins and becomes Hokage.

Instead we got an extra 33% of...character arcs that didn't need to exist.
