What a lazy meme. Averaging opponents' records is silly, and gets slanted by the fact that they played the Giants and their 3 wins twice. A median, or the ratio of opponents with winning/losing records might make more sense.
In reality, they did better against good teams than almost anyone else, with no shortage of opportunities.

Ok, I finally went back and finished updating this chart I made near the ned of last season. It's the record of all playoff teams (plus a couple playoff contenders that just missed) against teams that finished with a winning record. I did it all by hand so let me know if I made any errors.
I'd also note that some of the games need asterisks, like the Broncos beating the Chiefs' backups and the Commanders beating Kenny Pickett.
