Actually semi-related to this
>40-year-old guy (divorcee) visits my church with his 18-22 yo gf (got baited once again into thinking they were a father and daughter)
>ask him about how he got interested in coming to an orthodox church
>he goes off about how he's been studying Orthodoxy for over a year (e.g. watching Orthodox youtube) and now knows it's his destiny to become Orthodox
I don't get it. Why do these online people have to watch youtube for an entire year without going to church one time? I just got invited by a friend one day and didn't learn about the /pol/-tarded autism that is online orthodoxy until after I had attended a few Divine Liturgies. And I learn way more at church than I do from these videos.
