this is what i've been saying
the sort of middle of the road skillset people that were the bulk of the hired talent are being replaced by ai agents that honestly do their jobs better. people with highly specialized skills are safe (for now), people with lots of money are safe, and people with manual jobs that ai simply cannot do are safe (for now)
it's the middle managers and hr departments, assistant software developers, paper pushers, all those people are getting the boot or being forced to step up to more specialized skillsets like ai prompting.

it will be much easier to sell feminine-style robots at normal retail and at volumes that make the prices reasonable if it isn't so blatantly obvious you can fuck them. these kinds of companions would also do away with the smartphone entirely, so it's critically important they be aesthetic and recognizable like cars are. they should be cute or sexy, it sells, but having actual sexual function is i think best not explicitly advertised or a standard feature.
