It's interesting because you can imagine that Toby just started implementing this then realized "wait this shit fucking sucks actually" and made the Rotten Tea instead
But it's weird that this would be the only change documented, like why start at the end of both Chapters when it's too late to even see the change in-game. Which makes you think that this is specifically meant for dataminers to find as a "guys we promise Kris does care about Ralsei" but that's still a weird detail to include like this
