What do you think about this list? Does it need more infantry than vehicles?

6 man steeljack with volkanites and memnyr is auto include it seems, should I go for the 6 man melee versions as well, maybe also with a memnyr?

Are they removing judgement tokens completely? If so how likely are we to see complete rewrites for some of the kits like Kahl? Also whole army cany be hitting on +4's now, right?
