I don't understand how people don't see the Super Bowl as a counter-rig conspiracy type thing. The Chiefs clearly got favorable treatment from the refs all season long last year, and EVERYBODY started to point it out. So what does the league do? They pull the rug out from under KC in the Owl itself, precisely so they can point to it and say, "See? It's not rigged at all." Then they'll have it in their pockets as a counter-example to deploy against future accusations of rigging.
It's a classic scammer's move and I'm bothered by how many people seem to have fallen for it.
