Anon you perhaps haven't realized that no matter what you do, whether your life is a varied carnival circus of excitement and adventure, or a boring salaryman sludge, or even a perpetual NEET rotting away in bed, life is too short and time speeds up the older you get.
When I was young, sitting in class for a few hours felt like an eternity. Now in my mid 20s, weeks go by in the blink of an eye. In my 40s, that same phenomena will extend to years, and by my 60s, decades. You can't stop it.
