I'd say 50% of the time I brush, floss and mouthwash twice a day.
45% of the time I brush, floss and mouthwash once a day.
5% of the time I don't brush, floss or mouthwash at all.
This mainly has to do with my wacky work hours. Sometimes I'll work 12 hours, pass out for 12 hours when I get home. So technically I went a whole day without brushing.
That being said, I go to the dentist twice a year and be said my teeth ate great, I have thick enamel and my tiny cavities haven't grown in like 5 years. So whatever I'm doing is working...
