Im not going to be some crass asshole and just kneejerk a "git gud" statement, but if you're getting THAT swarmed on diff6, you do, unironically and without judgement, need to get good.
Stop trying to facetank every single breach. Just fucking disengage. Use the spores/terrain/caves to dodge breaches you've opened. Stop kiting breaches into patrols, that just causes more breaches.
If you MUST facetank a breach because you'll run into nests or other populated PoI's, then never travel farther than 50 meters from the epicenter of the breach or you'll just get spotted by more patrols.
The reason you think you seem to get swarmed less on more difficult missions like Super Helldive is because those helldivers that you're playing with have learned these lessons the hard way and know how to properly respond to getting caught by a patrol or causing a breach themselves.
Again, I'm not trying to be insulting here and am genuinely trying to illuminate some stuff for you to think upon. But it seems like you're at the point in the Dunning-Kruger chart of High-Confidence but Low-Competence, and because you're playing at a lower difficulty you aren't having to learn the hard lessons that should have been innately learned by virtue of challenging yourself.
Players who play on Super Helldive have had to trial-and-error their play to find the best balance of fun and engaging with being able to complete the tasks they want to complete. I get that some of you all want a less stressful time and have fun with the missions you want to run, but you are ultimately going to come up against a brick wall later on and when you finally have to overcome that wall, you're just going to be a detriment to the team you've joined.
That isn't fun or fair for everyone involved. Plus the experience from what you will inevitably learn will help not only you, but your friends you will play with.
We're in this together, diver. Lets get you up to snuff
