I guess if its not completely out then not that big of deal. even if cutting off as long as the organ itself is not badly damaged I would say it'd be fine at todays medical level, since we have so many cases of finger and limbs reattached and just works, altho I'd say eyes are complicated due to much complexity, maybe not lol I'm not a doc.
