I'm not to far off from wizard status, for what my thoughts on this are worth

I figure it to be the same as making friends/acquaintances: spending time in proximity to other people. You have a bunch of people working in close proximity at a job for instance, some of them will hit it off with others and become friends. So you want to find social settings and situations where you are going to be spending time around women and hope for the best.

This is at least what i've observed, you have a room full of people spending prolonged periods of time together, some of them draw closer to certain others.
