Ralsei sends you to the store to get 3 boxes of extra extra extra thin and ultra ribbed for her pleasure condoms, along with an XXL bottle of industrial-grade lubricant and an inflatable air mattress, which he claims are "absolutely vital" to fulfill the prophecy and save the world.
I don't know what the lore implications of this are or how Toby plans to develop this plotline further, but it will sure be interesting at least.
