In their Momotalks, and in particular during L2D segments, quite a few have thrown themselves at him. Kisaki, Chinatsu, and Shigure are probably the most direct ones, while others like Seia and Miyako have repeatedly invited him into secluded/private areas and indirectly implied that they wanted to be pushed down.

In the prologue, it was said that Schale is in a rather secluded location. Moreover, we never see any supporting evidence that non-members come and go. The only people that show up are club members, the GSC or people who have business with Sensei.
