this is good for early act 2 but in later act 2 the ideal grindspot is the top floor of choral chambers with the big dudes
once you assemble the right build and get the needle upgrades to make the killspeed efficient with little risk of taking damage and losing rosaries (i used architect crest with the damage up charm) you can get like 1500 rosaries in 10 minutes easily

nope. since they drop so many and the benches are RIGHT THERE the only real way to improve on it would be enemies that you can kill faster, but they already die super fast when you have an optimized farming setup so i doubt there's actually a better spot.

architect crest, damage up charm, rosary charm, farm the big niggas up top of choral chambers
they drop 55 with the charm and you can shred through them with architect crest charge attack
there's also three benches right close by so you can reset them very easily
