I wouldn't even fill an AA cup bra. Just because you have a wide chest doesn't mean that you have big breasts. The cup size tells you have big the breasts are, i.e. how many "cups" they would fill if you were to turn the breast mass/volume into a liquid and pour said liquid into cups. You need under bust measurements to get the actual breast (i.e. cup) size, which is not part of the traditional three B/W/H measurements. However, you can get an approximate cup size from comparing over bust size (B) to the girls waist measurement (W).
