I can't give exact amounts because I don't have a gram scale. But here's what I can tell you at least
>Feel hungry constantly
>Have t2 diabetes
>Eat about 1/3rd of costco chicken every 3 days or so
>Eat about 1-2 cuts of steak every 2 days
>Have oikos yogurt each night
It may be worth mentioning i can do 55lb dumbbell curls. It's just that on the bench and squats I struggle.
