This guy's name is Ebott. The Anti-Toby. The Friendly Cat instead of the Annoying Dog. And he's a demon paralleling Chara and the Demon Texts because in Undertale, Ebott is where the poor children went, and in Deltarune Ebott is the tail the poor children followed.
