Academia was already just a big expensive memory game outside of practicals or hands-on learning like medical, trades, some engineering, etc.
We're just cutting out the memory part for 95% of the work and giving people final exams, projects, etc.
Those who would succeed will still succeed because they'll take their work seriously even when using cgpt and those who would fail will fail regardless of whether or not they write their papers and take their online quizzes by themselves.
People were already cheating on everything they could cheat on because most questions via online shit consist almost exclusively of reused content so you just CVpaste the question into google, find the entire quiz with the answers and get a 100%. Now all that's happening is people are pasting the question into cgpt instead of google and - if you want it to - it can even explain the answer to you.
Most people are just using to to tell them the answer is 'C' but those people are gonna be fuckups no matter what. They will find ways to cheat and cut corners no matter what, this is just the new way to do it.
