We already know Kris likes Susie the most out of all friends he had, including Noelle. By chapter 4 he is most likely already in love with Susie which is why we get scenes with minikris or the mirror scene or Diner scene

Not sure what Suselle is doing here. I feel like it's so forced and visible in order to create drama, like Sans with Toriel. Noelle doesn't have enough reasons to be this obsessed with Susie. If she was rescued by her or something, it would make sense, but she literally started to like her after she bullied the shit out of Kris.
