this is probably just because you need to run the game again for them to activate but still
If this was 2007-2011 I'd get it, but in 2025 if you choose to play modern TF2 instead of getting pussy you're just stupid and you'll regret it.

Shattered Legions in 2.0 were the single worst written army, with every legion having majority/minority/flaws that change dynamically instead of a proper legion trait, and you can't take any legion-unique units or gear. No allies either; I'm honestly not sure what the fuck they were smoking when Blackshields were just kind of okay in the same book. The amount of tracking you have for each squad slows down the game dramatically.

3.0 at least appears to be a lot more streamlined about it with three consistent, conditional minor rules.

Both 2.0 and 3.0 deal with Indomitus Terminators as a Legacies unit than an armor type, so no characters or anything. Similar deal with Custodes, who can't have Aquilon Terminator HQs.

I never shut up about it, because it's my favorite game of all time. But it shouldn't be shocking that most anons on this board (who probably weren't even alive when GX came out) aren't constantly bringing up a 20+ year old game.

>Do people actually like these video games?
Most people only like certain "eras" of FE since the gameplay/art/writing/etc. gets switched up constantly. Only difference now is that since FE games don't come out as fast as they used to, you have anons championing one game instead of like how it was before when you'd have anons chaipioning 2-3 games while calling everything else shit.

You need to have very wide reaching tastes to be able to enjoy FE in its entirety.

iirc it was because Sony and Microsoft put out their pr statements for brownie points and then everybody was wondering why Nintendo wasn't saying anything.
It's not like Nintendo is a fucking Japanese company that just makes video games instead of trying to engage in American politics.
