It doesn't hurt anymore in my day to day, but I still can't do pushups without some discomfort, and my grip strength hasn't completely returned. I'd say it's at like 60%. Should I take another 2 days off or should I just say "fuck it" and work out anyway?

just learned about something called the Samson option, where basically Israel nukes the shit out of all their neighbours if they feel like they're going to lose the war.
this would obviously result in retaliatory strikes with nukes against Israel.
