Paying anything over $20 for a CD (either CAD or USD) is a fucking ripoff. An average single metal band's CD on Bandcamp incl. shipping is like $35-$40 CAD for one single fucking CD. I just don't buy physical media no more. It used to be the case where I was a digital pirate (I've always been a pirate arrrrr) but at the same time I would purchase the CDs (and even LPs when I still used them) that I really liked. But I got rid of all of my stereo equipment and it's all Bluetooth for me now. I don't give a fuck. Modernity has given us every excuse to be cheap fucks.
