He is 100% correct, but the faithful don't care about figures and hard data because they 'believe' there's no talking to them so my advice is to ignore them and let them reap what they're sowing by pretending everything is fine and dandy, that the game isn't in trouble, that thinking the devs are made of glass and need protecting. Them being vehement sycophants for the current state of the game and shitting on the people not who made it that way but the people who 'noticed'.
