The problem is that they don't acknowledge that they have a problem. This means it's impossible to reason with them.
I see a lot of fat women that would look decent if they lost their excess weight but there isn't much one can do.
Attempting to date a fat woman who has pretty features otherwise is a fools errand, even if you succeed to get her to lose weight you still lose because she'll suddenly have a lot more options and will rethink the relationship. Not to mention they are extremely insecure and that's really off putting when whatever you say gets mischaracterized in the worst way possible. Don't bother.
Ultimately, if a woman is fat it's a huge personality flaw and should be seen as a red flag.
