"Tier 0" means the greatest of all time, not just "this deck is good right now". You fucking clowns throw around "tier 0" at anything that's slightly good. Actually fucking TEAR 0 format was exactly that. You played tears or lost to it and they still clean out ass in no-banlist tournaments. Tear is the most cancerous deck of all time and nothing actually comes close.
