one of the only handful of Orthodox churches in my metro area has St Gregory of Nyssa as their patron Saint. It's an OCA parish (orthodox church of america, basically used to be ROCOR so it has the russian musical tradition but they do everything in English)
I am Antiochian though, so my church is entirely English and mostly american converts, but we do everything in Byzantine chanting instead of choral music.
