Skills getting worse as you age is just a big fucking meme made by zoomers, when it does get worse is when you do fuckall, don't exercise, sleep like shit, eat slop like a pig ready for slaughter etc. Your body does end up getting the brunt of it, when I took better care of myself it did improve and I'm on my 30s.
The only thing I lack nowadays is patience from story-driven games, it just makes me upset when it takes too long.
I don't think I'd have the patience to reply MGS games nowadays, that being said.
