When 4chan went down and everyone went to the other site then horsey would just get banned instantly every time he went on his meltdowns over lolis or Vivian/Qingyi or whatever else schizophrenic episode he was having while trying to samefag himself. And with IDs you can just quickly filter them out and never see their messages again if they aren't banned.
