Build a wood or metal frame and just wrap it with plastic like a green house.
It's easier to repair.
Waterproof.
It's light like you want (use PVC framing and you can watch it blow away)
Or
Buy 3 tents and cut guinea pig tunnels into them and call them rooms.

There is a reason we don't build structures from cardboard and the amount of resources it would take to do it would exceed other options.

It's a worst option, more expensive and more time consuming. It's not structurally safe, it's a pest magnet with consumables glueing it together. You're going to have rodents and bugs like it was designed for them, cause it was.

I'm not joking when I say you're probably better off with an umbrella and calling that shelter.

If you're just doing this for fun. Do small scale doll house style construction till you feel comfortable enough to build something larger. Don't forget it's a hobby and not a way to live.
