I went a day and a half without water because of plumbing issues and by the end of it I was fucking irritable and anxious as hell. I cannot fathom how people go a day without showering unless you're having to hoof it out in the wilderness. Feel like a disgusting slime-laiden monster if I haven't showered after sleeping or if I've had to sweat out in the humidity.
If you have long hair then I get it, didn't realize why I knew a lot of women who didn't like to shower until someone brought that up. But it's just hop in, get warm water hug, quick loofa soap-a-dope, quick rinse, hop out. If you get a nice big comfortable beach towel then you can wrap that around you and either sit at your PC or just in a chair or lie on your bed or whatever till you dry in a few minutes.
