Not that guy, but it does work. It's not actually about the meat so much as its about what you are not eating instead. Meat has every micro and macro nutrient in it, other than carbohydrates, that your body needs. So you're essentially giving it what it needs to survive on efficienctly whilst simultaneously cutting out inflammatory junk that consistently poisons your body and leads to chronic illnesses; which is the majority of food nowadays unfortunately. Over months this will allow your body to heal and you will see pretty amazing results. You can also eat absurd amount of meat and continue to lose weight, so you dont have to bother counting calories.

That said, carbs are important so you shouldn't make it a permanent diet. Just do it for 6 or so months and the results will speak for themselves. As a guy, my skin was so smooth it looked like I had makeup on, and my eyes became a much brighter blue to the point that people were commenting on it. Just general signs of good health.
