Not for any moral reason but just because a qb who might have a seizure and miss two months every time he gets tackled is just too high risk to invest in, especially if he's only slightly above average like Tua is. The idea that the Engineers, who are an actual highly advanced race, would come across what is essentially a species of giant insect and decide to worship it is absurd. The aliens are highly intelligent for being bugs. They have no written language, no technology, no art, no science...again, they're obligate parasites whose whole life is a quest for more meat.
