I believe on paper it's because of OCD. What you need to do is get a federal lawyer who specializes in Social Security to get the NEETbucks, and you also need a medical history. I had records going back to when I was 16 when I was applying. That lawyer sadly passed away a couple years ago. This is the law firm he worked for. Remember, it's federal law dealing with the Social Security Administration, so you could hire one of these lawyers to help you in any US state. I would recommend giving them a call. I've read that a lot of lawyers won't want to work with you if you're younger than 50, but the man who helped me was really kind. If there's another lawyer like him, it's likely going to be at the same firm.

Yes, but there are a few caveats to this: An 8/10 chad, that is, a man who is particularly good looking, essentially has zero monetary value to women from his body. If you are a broke ass nigger (low income) and you want a non-trashy / non-mentally-ill girlfriend who is between a 4/10 to 6/10, you likely need to be an 8/10 minimum. Your particularly good looks will make up for being broke. However, if you're an average-looking guy, like a 5/10, you're going to need to make up for your lack of looks with quite a bit of money if you want a 4/10 to 6/10 girlfriend, at least in most cases.

If you're a guy and you want to make money off of your looks, you essentially need to be a 10/10, and you'd likely still be making less money than a 2/10 woman in her late 30s, the exception being gay for pay, but even then, you'd need to be a 7 or 8/10 man to make as much as a 3/10 fat woman in her late 30s.
