I'm 40 and I titrate up and down because I live basically in da woods and I care more about my privacy and life than drugs. But weed is fun.
Insomnia and bored aggravation were my biggest issues.

I usually quit for a month or two till i piss clean and start smoking again. I don't consider myself addicted because I just set it down as long as I need to till my body gets the full effect again.
I didn't start smoking weed till I was 26, idk if that matters because I already had basically foundational life habits.
