Got jewed by an raw milk seller since it is illegal here to buy non pasteurized and im ass mad
I go and buy 50L (i buy bulk for cheese making) from this Mennonite creamery which uses low temp pasteurization and doesn't homogenize it and it tastes like fresh grass with giant globuels of fat floating everywhere and it cost me $100
I don't like the taste of milk but this tastes good
Meanwhile a guy introduces me to a raw milk seller i pay $20/L it tastes horrid , he cleary skimmed the cream that floats to the top to make butter himself
