Same I eat when I’m hungry. I try to emulate the hunter gatherer style so I’m always slightly hungry. Humans are not meant to have readily accessible food at all times. Some days we didn’t catch anything so no food. 3 meals a day is Jewish propaganda, 2 ,meals are sufficient and keep you thin. You should only eat 3 meals if you are bulking for the gym. People need to starve themselves a little bit. No way our bodies evolved from hunter gatherer to ready microwave meals in less than 10,000 years
