Some moments can be good and Invisigal's cute and is pretty much the golden goose of this thing with all the best moments so far, especially that scene you likely kept seeing. The dispatch gameplay can be neat too if you're into management type shit.
Dialogue is rough as shit though, from the very start and pretty much all the way you're assaulted with marvel/millenial/whatever you call it writing.

Really depends on how well you can ignore that in favor of the fewer good scenes, and hopefully a good payoff with Invisigal as episodes come through. Worth a pirate to try that out.

I fucking hate this. I hate the idea that people want to play as characters that look like them in real life and it's a big reason we're seeing shit designs whether it's from people that want "representation" of minorities or those against it. Only brainless apes believe they can't put themselves in the shoes of a person that doesn't look like them.
I don't want to be reminded that I'm old. I am still perfectly fine reading manga and shit like that with characters that are younger and look nothing like me and can still immerse myself in it. Let me play as someone cool, able, that has charisma. If I'm already lacking all of that why would I want my games to be the same.
