For Support banners, The Aoharu banner with Riko/Rice should be one of the best banners in a while to dump rolls in. If you can't wait that long, you could do the Super Creek banner in a few days too but if you can then just do the Aoharu banner.

No, it's not. At least not for me, but it depends on sparks too. I have speed sparks so I leaned more towards power. One nice thing about power is that it trains stamina, so if you get Super Creek on power during power friendship training you get a surprisingly good boost.

Rice is a power card that has Swinging Maestro and Riko will be usable all the way to Grand Live if you can get some LBs on her.
Riko is probably the more desirable one there so you can bring your own Riko instead of borrowing one. MANT didn't have a BiS friend card (or rather, it did but it came too late) so you can still use Riko there while Rice is just a nice card to slot in because she also has Maestro.

Aoharu isn't particularly a MUST ROLL OR BRICKED banner like Kitasan but it's definitely a nice banner to roll on.

I was thinking of some kind of hair ornaments that could be a sort of half moon facing forward, sort of like the show bridle on gold ship.
I already have some notes for things. I need to represent the number seven, as Secretariat had seven US G1 wins. I kind of want to have some kind of focus on her legs, as Secretariat was known for his very big stride, but under and behind him, which could give him more power. Obviously need red to be incorporated, either as hair, or some major part of the design. We also want it to be a bit more extra, as he's a triple crown winner.
